Autumn Dawn Monteau, Esq. is a two-spirit Indigenous attorney, entrepreneur, and wellness advocate dedicated to uplifting native communities. An enrolled member of the Three Affiliated Tribes of Fort Berthold, North Dakota, and descendant of the Chippewa Cree Tribe of Rocky Boy, Montana, Autumn was raised with deep roots in Indigenous culture. She brings 17 years of experience representing tribal governments, businesses, and organizations on legal and policy matters. Autumn started Tradish using attorneys’ fees she’s earned over the last decade representing tribes in national opioid litigation which has resulted in over $1.5 billion in settlement recoveries for tribes to fight the opioid epidemic. Beyond her legal career, Autumn is auntie-mom to three beautiful niblings, living in West Seattle with her partner, Tayler. As a passionate mental health and wellness advocate, life coach and speaker, Autumn’s work is centered on healing generational trauma and social justice. Through Tradish boutique, she intends to continue her advocacy merging cultural tradition, with modern wellness to create a space of empowerment, creativity, and connection that honors native traditions while fostering contemporary Native expression.

Tayler, also known as Kamama, is an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma. She is a beader and multi-medium artist with a strong eye for design and a passion for cultural storytelling. Tayler shapes the visual identity and creative direction of the boutique bringing experience in art curation, media art, fashion design, hospitality and cultural education, ensuring every element of the Tradish experience is intentional, inspiring, and rooted in Indigenous expression with contemporary style. Tayler grew up in the Skagit Valley North of Seattle. As she grew older she became interested in reconnecting with her Cherokee roots, eventually relocating to Oklahoma for a time. Her deepening connection to Native art and culture led to her pursuing a fine arts degree at the Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe. She and Autumn currently live in West Seattle and raise three beautiful niblings together.
