The We Are Tradish Tee is a statement of belonging rooted in ancestral knowledge.
In many Indigenous communities prior to colonization, gender and sexuality were understood as existing along a spectrum. Those we now refer to as Two-Spirit—gay, gender diverse, and gender queer relatives—were accepted, honored, and held in high regard within their communities.
Today, we continue to carry that knowledge forward while also acknowledging the ongoing healing from centuries of colonization, oppression and discrimination.
The We Are Tradish Tee is a reminder of continuity, identity and the enduring presence of Indigenous queer and Two-Spirit peoples.
We Are Tradish Tees are a soft, 6.8 oz heavyweight 90/10, 100% ring-spun cotton/polyester blend with a relaxed, boxy fit.
